SHIPPING:
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. We currently ship via Canada Post and ship only within Canada and the United States.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping (Canada): 3 – 9 business days - $9
Express shipping (Canada): 1 – 2 business days - $18
Standard shipping (USA): 4 – 8 business days - $12
Express shipping (USA): 2 – 3 business days - $20
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do our best to remedy this situation. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must return items to us within 30 days of receipt, in order to qualify for a refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
RETURN POLICY:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Jewmei reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Jewmei is not responsible for lost return packages. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It usually takes between 3-5 business days to return to your card.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Jewmei will only replace merchandise if it is defective or damaged. To obtain an exchange for the same item purchased, send an email to jewmeistore@gmail.com. Returns or exchanges should be returned to:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We are unable to cancel your order once processed and/or shipped.
