Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days. We are based in Ontario, Canada.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS. You will also be provided with a tracking number and will be kept informed throughout the shipping process.

Will I receive an order confirmation when my order is placed?

Yes. When placing your order, you will be prompted to input your email address or mobile phone number. Once your order has been placed, you will be notified via email or SMS.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Fees

Expedited shipping (Canada): 2 – 4 business days - $9
Express shipping (Canada): 1 – 2 business days - $18
Expedited shipping (USA): 2 – 6 business days - $12
Express shipping (USA): 1 – 3 business days - $20

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Canada and the United States. We are located in Ontario, Canada. We hope to remedy this soon.

I am purchasing your products to be gifted to a loved one. Can I ship directly to the recipient?

Yes. We can ship items directly to the recipient. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping information of the location you want the order to be shipped.

Returns/Refunds

Do you accept refunds or returns?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do our best to remedy this situation. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must return items to us within 30 days of receipt, in order to qualify for a refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund less shipping fees. If you received a defective item or incorrect shipment, we will remedy this at no cost to you. Please refer to our full refund policy here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to cancel or change your order once processed or shipped. However, please reach out to us as soon as possible at talktous@jewnei.com

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

In the event that your items are received damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at talktous@jewnei.com so we can remedy the situation right away.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer special discounts and promotions throughout the year. Please ensure you subscribe, so as not to miss out on any deals or news on new arrivals.  

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

No. You can only use one promo or coupon code at a time.
