60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 60 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

 • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

• Items must be unworn or unused.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

• Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return.

Return Process

 1. Initiate Return: Send us an email at talktous@jewmei.com to initiate your return and receive return instructions.

2. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Jewmei is not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping fees, except in cases of defective items or incorrect shipments.

Refunds If your return is approved:

 • You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

• It usually takes between 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your card.

Jewmei reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Jewmei will only replace merchandise if it is defective or damaged. To obtain an exchange for the same item purchased, send an email to talktous@jewmei.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
